Hi, beloved!
Welcomehome.

Chances are, if you've found your way here, there's probably a reason.

You might be wondering who I am, where this work comes from, and whether it's right for you.

So let me share my story — both the challenging parts and the transformative ones — to see if it resonates with your own story.

My story is like many human stories. It begins when everything falls apart.

My ending began on Christmas eve, when I heard, through a doctor’s voicemail, that my then husband and I wouldn’t (ever) conceive a child.

In that moment of devastating grief, everything I thought my life would be dissolved.

Of course, there is so much more, but for the sake of keeping this story short, I want to share what happened afterwards — the path that opened and brought me home to myself.

As I moved through that devastating loss, something unexpected began to emerge. Experiences I couldn't explain or ignore. I started having prophetic dreams again, connecting with something deeper than everyday consciousness. My creative voice returned through poetry and song.

The truth is, I'd always had these sensitivities. As a child I'd been deeply intuitive, creative, connected to something larger. But growing up had buried all of that beneath expectations and responsibilities.

As my old life fell away, I started remembering who I actually was.

So I set out to understand what was happening and how to work with it.

I studied with indigenous elders, learned from ancient traditions, explored somatic practices and energy work. I trained in ways of being with the body, the psyche, and the deeper dimensions of human experience.

And slowly, I learned to trust life moving through me again.

I integrated all the parts of myself I'd been taught to hide —
the sacred and the ordinary became inseparable —
and I learned to hold space for others going through similar transformations.

So that's the short version.
