Rattle Making + Song Catching
is a live, in -person gathering of humans, who are calling upon the spirits of the animals and the songs of the wild to be born through their hands and bodies.
Held live, in-person in Birmingham, Alabama, on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons in June and July, 2025, this circle and workshop invites us to hand-craft and birth our own rattles from ethically and ceremonial harvested animal hides, and to deepen our capacity and skill to channel medicine songs for community gatherings and ceremonial spaces.

MA: Womb Awakening Sound Journey Series
Once a month, in Birmingham, Alabama, Jane offers a sonic womb journey with the Great Mother. This medicine is sound healing at its deepest nature— going beyond sound baths and beyond crystal bowls, to include indigenous instruments, and song channeling from the devic realms. These shamanic sound journeys invite us into deep communion with our wombs, our creative centers, our feminine ancestors and the feminine forces of Earth. Within us, Magdalene, Mary. the mermaids, whales, rivers, oceans and streams, come ALIVE. Currently held on second Saturday of each month from 4-6pm at Conscious Body Healing Arts in Mountain Brook.

An 8+ hour self-paced home course that awakens your voice and your sacred song, and explores the ways to offer it as a gift for personal and collective healing.

A 3+ hour deep dive communion with migrating whales in the Hawaiian Islands, inviting us to explore the dreams and conceptions we hold in our dreaming wombs.
