Demystifying Healing: A Journey to the Nexus of the Spiritual and Somatic is a 16+ hour self-paced home course designed to open the doors of awareness to the layers of interconnection in your journey of awakening.

For me,  Demystifying Healing  is not a theory, an experiment or a bandaid. It is the doorways through which I have traveled to heal myself. It is my map, my list of plant allies, my curated list of healing supports, and a map through the human body-heart-soul. It includes the Earth and your ancestors. It includes understanding cultural conditioning. It teaches you to navigate you.

This course is designed to help you get free. To help you remember how to heal yourself. To guide you through the most winding portals until you trust, at the core of your Soul, that you can navigate ANYTHING that comes your way— in or outside of your body.  This is healing.
